Shipley Lane Equestrian Centre, in beautiful Northumberland near the historic town of Alnwick, has a great team and great facilities. Whether you're a child or adult, complete beginner to the most experienced rider, you'll find us friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Ride our quality school horses and ponies or you can bring your own. Book a lesson or why not bring the whole family and enjoy a guided ride along the excellent bridleways? More experienced riders can have a day's trail ride and take a picnic. 
We are a British Horse Society approved Riding/Livery establishment. The Chief Instructor is Emma Allan, BHS register of Instructors/BHS NVQ Level 3 coaching. Yard manager is Kay Stafford who combines this role with that of Chairperson of the British Horse Society Northumberland Committee. Emma and Kay are supported by a great team of BHS qualified and trainee staff. |
